Registration for IOSOT 2022 Congress

Early registrations (by 12.6.2022) are cheaper.
The congress fee includes participation in all the sessions of IOSOT, IOMS, IOSCS, IOQS, IOVS, and ISLP, as well as consumption during the coffee breaks and certain receptions. Other receptions are subject to a fee. Please note the details on the registration form. For participation in the excursion and all receptions, please register in advance (see registration form). If you register for IOSOT, no separate registration for IOMS, IOSCS, IOQS, IOVS, and ISLP is necessary. You may, however, signup to IOMS, IOSCS, IOQS, IOVS, and ISLP separately at a reduced fee.

Participation is free of charge for main speakers and for UZH students/doctoral students.

A contribution to the costs by the participants is foreseen:

  • for the boat trip (Wednesday): CHF 30.00
  • for the reception (Wednesday): CHF 30.00
  • for the congress dinner (Thursday): CHF 80.00

Please note that for this three events there is a limitation of participants. You will get a confirmation for the registration.

In case of signing up for the boat trip and/or congress dinner, the participant allows the University of Zurich to make bookings/reservations in his/her own name for the boat excursion on Lake of Zurich (10.8.2022) as well as for the congress dinner in the ETH Dozentenfoyer (11.8.2022).

Deregistration until 12.6.2022

In case of cancellation before 12.6.2022, 80% of the paid fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.

Daily admissions

It is possible to register for individual days. Please contact the congress office. Advance registration is not necessary.

The price per day is CHF 38.00 per person. The amount is to be paid directly at the congress office.
